Every Founder Member receives Dr. Jenny Wang's direct care, attention, and a treatment plan built entirely around your body and goals. If you don't experience a meaningful improvement after your first 3 sessions, Dr. Wang will personally reassess your plan β at no additional charge. Your healing is not a transaction. It is a promise.

What does "lifetime locked pricing" mean?
Once you enroll as a Founder Member before March 31, your monthly rate is permanently frozen. Even as the clinic's pricing changes over time, your rate will never increase as long as your membership remains active.
How many sessions do I get each month?
Silver: 4 visits/month. Gold: 8 visits/month. Platinum: unlimited visits. Unused visits on the Silver and Gold plans may roll over for one month only.
What is the minimum commitment?
All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, your membership converts to flexible month-to-month billing. To cancel, simply provide 30 days' written notice after the initial term.
How does billing work?
Monthly automatic payment is processed on the same date each month from your start date. No refunds are issued for unused visits within a billing cycle.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will count as a used visit for that month. We ask that you give as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other patients.
Is acupuncture safe and painful?
Acupuncture is extremely safe when performed by a licensed professional. Dr. Wang uses ultra-fine, single-use sterile needles. Most patients describe sessions as relaxing with minimal to no discomfort. Dr. Wang has over 30 years of experience performing acupuncture safely and comfortably.
What conditions does the membership cover?
Membership covers Dr. Wang's full range of acupuncture services including pain management, women's health and fertility, neurological conditions, stress and anxiety, digestive issues, and cosmetic acupuncture (Platinum). Herbal medicine consultations are also included.
Does insurance cover my membership?
Dr. Wang accepts Northwell Direct, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, and VA Insurance. Call 516.675.6659 to verify your specific coverage. Insurance may offset some visit costs depending on your plan.
